Building A Flying Model Airplane?
I want to build a small model airplane like an R/C type. However, I want it to fly not just be a model. How would I do this without a kit or a hobby shop for pre-made parts. Also what math is involved to figur out how much lift I need and stuff like that. Thanks.
Model Airplane from the 50’s
Where can I buy a model airplane from the 50’s?
My dad has a c-124 Globemaster model airplane from the 50’s and I wanted to get him a new one for Father’s Day. I haven’t had any luck so far though.
It says US Air Force, Troop Carrier C-124 Globemaster 0391
There’s a logo of Bully Beef Express on the side also…

Where can I find a plastic model airplane online?
I’m looking for a model airplane that is either United Airlines or Air china and is a 747-400 and is around 14-18 inches long. I’m looking for the plastic ones that also include a stand, not the ones where the wheels are on the table. Is a push or a pull propeller better for a model airplane?
I’m going to attempt to make a design for a model airplane, then maybe try and build it. Most airplanes have a pull propeller (the propeller at the front of the plane pulling it forwards). However I have seen models with the propeller at the end, pushing the plane forwards. Which one would work better? Why? Thanks!
